To ensure a comfortable, safe, and consistent experience for all guests, please review the policies below. These guidelines help us maintain clean, reliable accommodations and smooth check-ins for everyone.
Check-In Requirements
- All guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
- The name on the reservation must match the ID and credit card.
- 100% of the balance is due at check-in.
- Accepted payments: credit cards and debit cards.
- Cash-paying guests must still provide a valid credit card on file.
Early Check-In & Special Requests
- Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed.
- Specific room or floor preferences are subject to availability.
- Special requests may incur additional charges.
- Traveling with pets must be disclosed at check-in.
Maximum Stay Policy
- Maximum stay is 28 consecutive days.
- Weekly rate applies for stays of 7+ nights.
- Checking out early voids the weekly rate; nightly rate applies instead.
Pet Policy
- We are a pet-friendly property (restrictions apply).
- Pet owners must notify the front desk at check-in.
- Pet Fee: $15 per day.
- Maximum: 3 pets per room.
- Pets may not be left unattended in rooms or on the property.
- A $250 fee applies for pets found in non-pet rooms.
No Smoking Policy
- All guest rooms are non-smoking.
- Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- A $250 cleaning fee applies for smoking inside any room.
